А documentary about the main character’s dedicated work, unbending will and total confidence in the fact that everything is possible if you really want it and put all your heart into it.
What is a circus for the audience? Abundance of colour, bursts of laughter, admiration, thrilling attraction, and above all, and opportunity to relax and have a good time with your family after a hard working week. And what is a circus for circus performers? It`s an exhausting daily training that leaves no place for weakness. But apart from that, it’s an opportunity to gift adults and kids with the feeling of a fairy-tale, a miracle; the feeling that nothing is impossible, and each of us can achieve absolutely anything we want.
Sabrina, the protagonist, an heiress to a Russian circus dynasty of the Shatirovs, day after day hones intricate acrobatic stunts, despite the previous spine injury. But what is the drive that makes her soldier on when she fails, always pushing her limits? What is her goal, and what gives her strength as she works to achieve it? The film reveals to us the circus backstage that is usually hidden from the audience, and gives us an insight into the young performer’s life in this world.
